Privacy Policy
How GLASS GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD collects, uses and protects personal data, under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Who we are
GLASS GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD (UEN 202643565R), 77 High Street, #10-12B, High Street Plaza, Singapore 179433, Republic of Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website and with enquiries sent to us. It is written to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Data Protection Officer
Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at info@glassglobal-international.com or by post at the registered office above. Please mark correspondence “Data Protection Officer” so that it is routed correctly.
Scope
This policy covers this website and direct enquiries only. It does not cover any third-party website you may reach through a link from here.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social plug-ins and no externally hosted fonts. Nothing you do here is profiled, and no consent banner is required because there is nothing to consent to.
Server log files
Our hosting provider may record standard access data — IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and to defend against attacks and misuse. These logs are held by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule and are not combined with other data by us.
The contact form
The form on this site sends nothing to any server of ours. On submit it opens your own e-mail programme with the message pre-filled, so the transmission is an ordinary e-mail from you to us. By sending it you provide your personal data voluntarily for the purpose of receiving a reply.
What we collect and why
We collect only what you choose to send us — typically your name, e-mail address and the content of your message, plus anything further you volunteer. We use it to respond to your enquiry, to carry on the resulting correspondence, and where an engagement follows, to perform and administer it. We do not use it to build profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.
Consent and withdrawal
Where the PDPA requires consent, we rely on the consent you give by sending us an enquiry, or on deemed consent where the Act provides for it. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will act on a withdrawal within a reasonable period and will tell you if it means we can no longer deal with your matter.
Disclosure
We disclose personal data only to our hosting and e-mail providers acting on our behalf, and to authorities or professional advisers where we are legally obliged or entitled to do so. Any provider acting for us is required to protect the data to a standard comparable to our own.
Transfers outside Singapore
Our hosting and e-mail providers may process data outside Singapore. Where that happens we take reasonable steps, as required by section 26 of the PDPA, to ensure that the recipient is bound to a standard of protection comparable to that under the Act.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to satisfy legal, accounting or tax requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. We do not retain personal data indefinitely on the chance that it may one day be useful.
Accuracy and protection
We take reasonable steps to keep personal data accurate and complete where it is used to make a decision affecting you, and reasonable security arrangements to protect it against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. The site is served over HTTPS.
Your rights of access and correction
Under sections 21 and 22 of the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you and to information on how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and you may request correction of an error or omission. Write to our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible; a reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and we will tell you the amount before proceeding.
Marketing messages
We do not send unsolicited marketing messages and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list. If we ever send marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number, we will check the Do Not Call Registry as required under Part IX of the PDPA and will include a clear opt-out.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal data, please write to our Data Protection Officer first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website or our practices change. Last updated: 2026-08-26.
